Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

A $50 per car entry fee is not included and must be payable at your initial entry into the Pine Mountain Lake community. Proceeds of this fee is used to maintain facilities and operations of the PML community and can be viewed as the vacation renter's share of the HOA for the facilities and services provided.
